Orders must be checked immediately upon receipt and errors must be reported to us by email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt (not including Shabbat and/or any Jewish Yom Tov holidays). We will only accept responsibility for shipping, rush, and/or product charges in the event that any errors which occur are at our own fault. We cannot accept responsibility for any information provided by the customer.
Any defects or mistakes for which we are responsible will be either replaced or credited at our sole discretion.
Orders returned without authorization will not be credited. We can only issue credit for quantities returned.
Orders returned at the discretion of the customer (where authorized) will be regarded as cancelled orders and are subject to cancellation fees of 20%.
